“ I am pretty confused by the bad reviews. I've been going here every year for almost a decade. The owner is as sweet as can be, and very helpful. She works incredibly hard and is often by herself. The food is made as you wait, so it might take a while if you come during a rush hour. But it's worth it. The spices she uses are fantastic and make every dish delicious and unique. Even something as simple as eggs or a grilled cheese has a little flair to it. Coffee is delicious, too. Can't forget that. Another thing to consider is the art. Great rotating art from local artists including paintings, sculptures, jewelry, and books. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area! ”

“ Such a wonderful little place to grab breakfast and drinks when visiting Hammondsport. The owner cooks everything herself, so be patient if there are other people there already. The food is worth the wait though! The drinks came out first. The lemonada and fruit smoothie were the best complement on a hot July day. The breakfast hash was seasoned to perfection as was the cheese and sweet pepper omelet. Definitely a place I will continue to come back to everytime I am in the neighborhood! ”

The guys got the hash, my friend and I shared the Egg Brickah and the Shakshuka. We savored every bite! This is not fast food, but in our humble opinion it was absolutely worth the wait. The Egg Brickah it’s hands down my favorite thing I have tried all week at Hammondsport, packed with lovely Mediterranean flavors and served with honey. Unlike what other reviews claimed, the owner was warm and welcoming. ”
